About Me
Hello, I’m Luciane. I’m passionate about life and joy, even though I understand how easily joy can be overshadowed by memories, anxiety, life’s challenges, family struggles, or physical pain. My journey toward emotional and personal growth began at 23 while living in Hawaii, and since then, I have worn many hats: restaurant owner in New York City, wife, mother of three, and survivor of both divorce and war.
After my divorce, I realized that my anxieties, denial, and hyperactivity were preventing me from living a balanced, peaceful life. I also came to understand how deeply I had placed my sense of security in my love life, struggling with codependency and insecurities that kept me tethered to unhealthy patterns. This awareness motivated me to return to school, invest in self-care, and seek therapy, all of which became pivotal in my journey toward healing and self-acceptance.
My faith journey deepened as I became involved in a vibrant congregation in Brooklyn, participating in several ministries more specifically prayer ministry.
I am a licensed esthetician with a diploma in facial massage and reflexology, trained in Traditional Chinese Medicine principles. Additionally, I have studied Biblical healing and spiritual leadership (including the DNA of a Leader program at Chicago Tabernacle), and I have spent years serving in different ministries at Brooklyn Tabernacle and Online Ministries.
One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is how closely emotional pain and physical pain are connected. Whether facing the realities of war, like my recent experience in Israel during active conflict, or navigating the complexities of a dysfunctional family, the body’s response is remarkably similar. The nervous system does not distinguish between different sources of trauma—it simply reacts to protect us. This understanding informs my approach to healing, recognizing that trauma can stem from many places, including childhood wounds that often go unseen.
Today, I live in Portugal, where I offer more than coaching—I provide a safe, sacred space for people to rest, breathe, and regain strength. My sessions, available online or through one-week in-person retreats, integrate breathwork, biblical wisdom, body awareness, and emotional clarity to help relieve anxiety, chronic stress, and persistent patterns that keep people stuck.
Beyond my healing work, I run hands-on bread-making workshops, host Airbnb guests, and occasionally offer retreats free of charge, trusting in God’s provision.
I’m not perfect, but I have learned how to walk toward freedom. Healing is not about quick fixes but about truth, time, and partnering with the One who created us. If you’re ready to move beyond merely surviving and begin healing from the inside out, I would be honored to support you on that journey.
