My approach blends biblical wisdom, breath-work, and holistic tools drawn from my background in Traditional Chinese Medicine and emotional healing.
While I’m not a licensed psychologist or clinical therapist, my work is rooted in biblical insight, body awareness, and emotional growth strategies that bring clarity and real change. Breath-Work is key: it restores oxygen to the brain and nervous system, helping the mind reset and the heart settle.
